Where does the anime leave off?

Every bit title says, where in the manga does the 12 episode Tokyo ghoul re end? I plan on picking up from in that location.

I've read from 1-31 :re manga only stopped there to instead just completely focus on the anime.

Generally crusade the stuff they left off is the plot of Tokyo ghoul? Like the anime doesn't even include the main overarching plot of the story? It just has grapheme beats. Kinda difficult to recommend someone to follow a story in a way that doesn't tell them the story.
